EQUIPMENT RENTAL
MONO NO AWARE offers a variety of rental packages of analog film making equipment to the greater New York City community. All the necessary gear to shoot, edit and project 16mm and Super-8mm films are available to rent for affordable rates. We also distribute film stock and can help you process and scan your film : )
RENTAL INQUIRY
RENTAL POLICIES:
+ All rental requests must be made to and responded to by MONO NO AWARE 48 hours in advance of the rental date.
+ A daily rental is defined by our Monday - Wednesday - Friday system. Picking up Monday means returning by 1PM Wednesday. (i.e. If you are looking to shoot on Tuesday night, a solution would be to pick up Monday day for the evening and return at your leisure on Wednesday)
+ Rentals are to support local productions only.
+ Gear must be picked up by the person/member using the equipment and must provide a current photo ID (valid driver's license or passport) when signing the rental agreement form.
+ Pick up is at the MONO NO AWARE home office, 33 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn unless otherwise specified.
+ We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we feel may damage the camera, due to project circumstances or lack of proficiency. A private one on one demo is available for a small donation to the organization.
