16MM OPTICAL BLOW UP TO
120 SLIDE FILM

LEARN TO ISOLATE ONE 16MM FRAME AND BLOW UP OPTICALLY TO 120 POSITIVE SLIDE FILM!

In this workshop participants will learn how to take a single 16MM frame from a work print or Color Reversal film and properly expose a 120 (medium format) slide film image. Participants will each receive their 8 exposure roll of 120 slide film and learn step by step how to generate an exposure test, mix E6 chemistry (provided) Develop, dry, clean and sleeve their finished medium format slides. Original material can be copied 1:1 OR participants can use the printer to generate multiple exposures to create unique one of a kind images from multiple source frames.

LOCATION: MONO HQ 33 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn NY 5 min walk from 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, B, D, N, Q, R, & G trains.

INCLUDES:  1 classroom instruction session with access to the moving image still frame optical enlarger 16MM. Each participant will receive an exposure test of their image, and an additional roll to create eight 120 frames.  All 120 SLIDE FILM, E6 chemistry, safety equipment, and scanning services provided.
