SPECIAL ONE DAY INTENSIVE IN SUPER-8MM FILM-MAKING

Learn to SHOOT, PROCESS AND PROJECT SUPER 8MM FILM at Maysles Cinema during this day-long intensive workshop led by Mono No Aware +All participants will also PRESENT THEIR FILMS AT A SPECIAL SCREENING PARTY!

During this workshop, participants will learn about the anatomy of motion picture film, and working in pairs will compose a short film on Super 8mm, that will be edited in camera.  While you are out shooting, MONO & Maysles will build a pop-up lab so that you can learn basic chemical reactions and process a positive image for projection! Finally we'll build a projection reel and invite friends / family to the cinema for a special screening promptly at 6 pm.
